TrainerDNA can connect to third-party platforms, including Google Calendar, Google Meet, Zoom, Google Health for Fitbit, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Stripe, only after you authorize the connection through the relevant provider's OAuth or connection flow. When you connect an account, you grant TrainerDNA permission to access the approved data scopes solely to provide the features you requested.
You may disconnect third-party accounts from TrainerDNA at any time. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. TrainerDNA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google, Zoom, YouTube, Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Anthropic, or any other third-party platform unless explicitly stated.
Exercise data and videos provided by MuscleWiki.com. MuscleWiki demonstrations retain their embedded branding and are subject to MuscleWiki's terms. A demonstration may be unavailable even when TrainerDNA's written exercise instructions and workout logging remain available.
If you enable calendar scheduling or connect Zoom, you authorize TrainerDNA to create, update, and cancel the coaching sessions you deliberately schedule in the Service, including the related provider meeting, calendar event, client invitation, and secure join link. You remain responsible for confirming attendee details, time zones, and session changes before saving them.
If you separately enable Google Meet Session Insights, you authorize TrainerDNA to read completed-call conference, attendance, and recording or transcript artifact metadata for coaching sessions associated with your account. TrainerDNA does not download call audio, video, recording files, or transcript text. Imported metadata has a 90-day retention boundary and can be deleted separately without deleting anything from Google.
